What Is This Job?
You will plan and manage well operations in Abu Dhabi’s oil and gas fields.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in oil and gas
- Experience in ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) operations
- Experience in wireline operations
- Good English – both speaking and writing
What You Will Do
- Plan rig-based well operations
- Design and install ESP systems
- Do wireline and slickline work
- Study production data and fix problems
- Manage budgets for well operations
- Follow all HSE and safety rules
2. Mechanical Technician (RM) – Steel Company, Abu Dhabi
What Is This Job?
You will maintain and repair mechanical equipment at a steel plant in Abu Dhabi.

What You Need
- ITI in Mechanical Fitter trade OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of experience as a technician in a steel plant
- 7–8 years for Senior Technician / Mechanic roles
- Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance
- Ability to read engineering drawings and hydraulic circuits
- Good English skills
- Basic computer knowledge

- Maintain and repair rolling mill (RM) equipment

You will operate overhead cranes at a steel plant. You will move billets, slabs, and hot steel safely.

- Valid crane operator license

- Check materials and verify they match approved submittals
- Monitor concrete work – reinforcement, shuttering, pouring, and curing
- Write Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when needed
- Maintain all QA/QC documents, checklists, and site logs

6. Job Performer – Civil, Jobs in Abu Dhabi 2026
What Is This Job?
You will perform and supervise civil construction work under the ADNOC Permit to Work (PTW) system.
What You Need
- ADNOC Approved Job Performer (Civil) certification—This is mandatory
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of civil construction experience, preferably in Oil & Gas
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC PTW procedures and HSE rules
- Ability to read civil drawings and construction specs
- UAE driving license is an advantage
What You Will Do
- Supervise civil works – excavation, concrete, paving, and finishing
- Make sure all work follows approved permits and ADNOC HSE rules
- Conduct Toolbox Talks and safety briefings
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, HSE team, and the operations team
- Check that materials, tools, and manpower are ready before work starts
- Monitor work quality and report unsafe conditions
- Keep daily records and help close work permits
